Lauren Widrick is a coach, speaker and podcaster…and when she launched her business back in 2016, she NEVER imagined the community that would emerge.
After running programs like Slay Your Side Hustle and Sales Swagger for years, she observed her clients were hiring each other, promoting each other, sending each other business and (best of all) forming real friendships. A micro-economy of badasses was born!
They informally called themselves “The Squad” and the name stuck. They began hosting workshops and live events together (like the C-Suite conference!) and the #1 question people asked was “how do I join the squad?"
